Discreet Packaging Guaranteed

We ship all orders in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no product names, logos, or branding on the outside of the box or envelope.

  • Boxes are generic brown cartons with no identifiable markings.

  • Envelopes are plain with no reference to LOVEXVIBE or product categories.

Shipping Label:

The shipping label will list the sender as "LV Fulfillment" or "Customer Support" — not LOVEXVIBE. Your name and address will appear exactly as entered at checkout.

Billing Statement:

For your privacy, charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as "LV SUPPORT".

We ship to most regions worldwide, including:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and more.

📦 P.O. Boxes & Pickup Points

  • U.S. Orders: We can ship to P.O. Boxes, UPS Stores, and FedEx pickup locations.

  • International Orders: Unfortunately, P.O. Box delivery is not available outside of the U.S.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

If your tracking number doesn’t work after 48 hours, please contact us — we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Pre-Orders & Partial Shipments

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship all items together once the pre-order becomes available.
Want faster delivery? We recommend placing two separate orders:

  1. One for in-stock items

  2. One for pre-order items

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International customers (outside the U.S. and EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in the order total.

Returns Due to Refusal or Wrong Address

If your package is returned due to refusal or an incorrect address:

  • We’ll refund the item price (minus original shipping + return shipping fees)

  • Refund will be processed upon return and inspection
