Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Of course. Our product packaging is very discreet—it will be shipped in a plain brown box. We will ensure your order is delivered safely and discreetly without revealing any details.

When & How can I cancel my order?

1: If your package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order.
Please provide our customer service team with your order number so we can assist you in canceling the order.
After canceling the order, we will refund the full amount to your card within 3 business days.

2: If your package has already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
We recommend that you contact our customer service directly after receiving the package, and we will provide a return address.
However, please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Do you ship to my country?

During checkout, you will see a list of countries/regions we ship to. If your shipping address is not listed, it means we cannot ship to that country/region due to long delivery times, high costs, and/or customs issues.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. The tracking number will be sent via email upon shipment. If you have any questions, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

All products undergo rigorous inspection and testing before leaving the factory.
We will provide you with order tracking information and a tracking code.

Can we choose a specific carrier?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Products

What are the different vibration modes available?

The available modes depend on the model of Lovexvibe toy you are controlling. You can access more modes in the DeepSire app.

Using the control buttons or remote control of Lovexvibe, you can cycle through the different modes.

Can I use the Lovexvibe toy in the shower?

The Lovexvibe toy is waterproof and can be used in the shower, but the remote control is not waterproof. Please avoid bringing the remote control into the shower.

How should I clean my Lovexvibe toy?

Clean the interior and exterior with warm water and mild soap (or sex toy cleaner), and thoroughly dry before storing.

How long does it take to charge?

A full charge takes up to 2 hours, depending on the remaining battery level of the Lovexvibe toy. The charging indicator light will illuminate and begin to flash during charging. If you use it frequently, you can leave it plugged in to charge—it will not overcharge. Unplug it when storing for an extended period.

Does the remote control work through clothing?

Yes.
The signal can penetrate all standard clothing materials: cotton, nylon, wool, leather, etc. The signal weakens when passing through metal barriers, water, or when completely covered by flesh.

What materials are Lovexvibe toys made of? Are they safe?

All Lovexvibe products are 100% safe and non-toxic. Our products contain no phthalates or any other harmful chemicals. We conduct comprehensive testing on our products and prioritize health and safety above all else!

Privacy

What information do we collect?

We only collect and use personal information that is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, assist us in managing our business, and provide you with the services you request.
We collect your information when you register on our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or respond to a survey.
When ordering or registering on the website, you may be asked to enter the following information: your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
However, you can also visit our website anonymously.

What will we do with your information?

We will use the information you provide to us for the specific purposes stated when you provided the information and for other purposes permitted by law.

We may use the information you provide in the following ways:
• To personalize your experience
• Improve our website and your shopping experience •
Improve customer service
• Process transactions, including executing your payments and delivering the products you purchase or the services you request • Manage contests, special promotions, surveys, events, or other website features
• Send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you important information and updates related to your order, as well as occasional company news, updates, and information about related products or services.

Is my data protected?

We take your privacy very seriously. Our systems are designed to minimize the recording of user information. Every byte of data transmitted through our servers, including your text, images, and voice messages, is fully encrypted using the same data encryption technology as Google, Skype, Facetime, and other industry leaders.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments. You can view the payment methods during checkout.

When and how can I cancel my order?

There are two scenarios for this question.

1: If your package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order.
Please provide our customer service representative with your order number so that we can assist you in canceling your order.
After canceling the order, we will refund the full amount to your card within 3 business days.

2: If your package has already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
We recommend that you contact our customer service directly after receiving the package, and we will provide a return address.
However, please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation? Was my order successful?

If the payment was successful, you should have automatically received an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder to see if it's there!

I ordered the wrong item. Can I change the items in my order?

We cannot modify your order. If you wish to exchange unopened items, please contact customer service for instructions.

Is my purchase confidential? What information will appear on my credit card statement?

We respect your privacy and strive to ensure your purchase is as discreet as possible. Your credit card statement will include a random code. However, please note that few payment processors require orders to be linked to a website.

There are no markings or information on the external shipping box that identify the contents of the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on all toys. The warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the toy. However, it does not cover cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or negligence. Any attempt to open or disassemble the toy will void the warranty. To claim warranty service, you must provide order details, specific account information, and proof of the issue (or return the product to us).

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our customer service team at support@lovexvibe.com to inform us of your intention to return the product.

Can I exchange the product after receiving and opening it?

In fact, all our products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.
This is for hygiene reasons, as we cannot guarantee that the product remains sterile after it has been received and opened.
However, you can rest assured that the product you receive has never been used by another customer!

DeepSire App

How do I download the DeepSire app?

The DeepSire app is compatible with iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows systems. You can also download the DeepSire app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

How far away does it work?

Regardless of distance, as long as both parties have a Wi-Fi or 4G/5G data connection, you can control the Lovexvibe toy.

Which toys are compatible with this app?

Any Lovexvibe toy that supports app functionality is compatible with the DeepSire app.

Which devices are compatible with this app?

DeepSire is compatible with devices running the following systems:

•iOS 14.2 and later
•Android 5.0 and later (with Bluetooth 4.0 enabled)
•Mac (requires macOS 12.5 or later and a Mac with an Apple M1 or later chip)
•Windows PC (requires a DeepSire USB Bluetooth adapter for connection)

Do both my partner and I need an account?

Yes, both of you need to create separate accounts and add each other as friends to use remote control.

Does this still work if my partner doesn't have a toy?

Yes. Your partner can control your toy via the DeepSire app without needing a toy. You only need one account and a Wi-Fi or 4G/5G data connection.

Can my partner control my toy if they are in another state/country? What if they don’t have a toy?

As long as both of you have a stable internet connection and have downloaded the DeepSire app, your partner can control your toy from any distance!


Both of you need to connect via the app. Once connected, your partner will see different toy control options. Remote control options can be used without owning a toy.
