Online Purchases
We accept return requests within 60 days of your purchase date.
Returns Accepted If:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and hangtags are included
- The return is requested within 60 days from the purchase date
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The item has been opened, used, worn, or damaged
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products due to our strict hygiene standards. This ensures that all customers receive only unused, sealed products.
Warranty Coverage
All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product becomes faulty within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a replacement. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are non-refundable:
- Accessories
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Discounted or clearance products
International Orders & Shipping Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Once shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@lovexvibe.com. For delayed shipments stuck in transit for more than 3 days, please also reach out to initiate a claim with the carrier.
Note: Filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement, especially if the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@lovexvibe.com with the following information:
- Your full name (used at purchase)
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Where you bought it (our website or partner store link)
- Product name
- Quantity and color
- Problem description
- Photos or videos of the item (clearly showing it is unopened and unused)
- Product serial number (if applicable)
